Children's Counseling

Children don’t always have the words to explain what they’re feeling  but they can show us through play, art, and creativity. I work with children using play-based and creative interventions that allow them to process emotions in a way that feels natural and developmentally appropriate.

Through structured play, art activities, and guided conversation, children can learn how to:

• Identify and express emotions in healthy ways

• Build confidence and resilience

• Improve coping skills for anxiety and frustration
